'시작은 질투심이었다.'
무대 위 아티스트를 보며 단순한 동경을 넘어 끓는 듯한 질투심을 느낀 자신의 내면을 들여다보고선 음악의 길을 걷게 된 나의 파워풀한 보이스와 펑키한 기타 사운드로 그 에너지를 내보이고 싶었다.

'너무 빨리 달려온 것은 아닐까.'
쌀쌀한 날씨에 어울리는 모닥불 소리와 기타 소리, 그 위에 포근하게 얹어진 목소리가 우리 안의 왠지 모를 공허함과 쓸쓸함을 자극했으면 했다.
쫓기듯 살아온 시간 속에 우리는 무엇을 놓치고 있던 것일까. 천천히 가면서 보이는 아름다움이 있지는 않을까.
이 두번째 싱글은 나의 개인적인 이야기이자 우리 모두의 이야기이다.

데뷔곡. "숨을 내쉬다"라는 뜻의 제목처럼, 몸을 스쳐가는 바람을 느끼며 잠시 숨을 고르고 쉬어가는 듯한 분위기를 만들고 싶었다. 따뜻한 기타 소리와 어우러지는 하프 사운드, 친구에게 말하는 듯한 다정한 가사의 조화가 편안한 바이브를 형성하여 가슴이 답답한 날 자꾸만 찾고싶은 곡이길.
